The Wellness Center, Room E4

Need a place to reset? The Wellness Center in Room E4 is open to every JVHS student.

  • During class time you need a pass from your teacher
  • Visits are capped at 15 minutes per class period

Wellness, anytime, anywhere. Calming activities, music, live animal cameras, virtual coloring, and more. Open 24 hours a day.

Parent & Community Outreach (PICO)

PICO exists to strengthen the individual, family, and community by encouraging parents to become advocates for their child's education.

PICO connects families with district and community partners that build family resilience and academic success.

What stays private

Your privacy matters to us. What you tell a counselor stays between you and that counselor.

We are required to share what you tell us in four situations:

  • You reveal information about harming yourself
  • You reveal information about harming others
  • You are being physically, emotionally, or sexually abused
  • We are required to share by law or by a court order

Outside of those four situations, what you say in our office stays in our office.
